I had to return a flat iron and felt a little stressed about how it would go, but the return process ended up being really easy. The warranty side took a few back-and-forth emails, which was a little annoying, but they did replace it in the end. I was relieved it all worked out. Not totally perfect, but overall I’m happy with the experience.

I really like this scent. It’s one of those where I put it on and immediately thought, okay, this smells really nice, but thankfully it’s not overpowering. Just a soft, pleasant smell that feels easy to wear.

I looked through the ingredients on chi.com before ordering because my scalp can be picky with certain hair products. This one ended up working out really well for me. No heavy buildup, no itchiness, and my hair felt smoother without getting greasy. Small win for me because I didn’t have to wash my hair again the next day like I usually do with some brands. Well... I’ve had my CHI straightener for over 3 years now, and it’s still going strong. I’ve dropped it more times than I’d like to admit, but it still heats up fast and works just like it did when I first got it

I bought a CHI flat iron from chi.com sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the heat is probably my favorite thing about it. It gets hot really fast, definitely under a minute, and I’m not sitting there waiting around forever.
My hair is thick, so styling usually takes me a while, but this has cut the time down a lot. The heat feels even across the plates, and I haven’t noticed any weird hot spots or snagging. I don’t have to keep going over the same section again and again, which is a big plus. Really happy with it so far.

I ended up ordering from CHI mostly because the price was better than what I’d seen in a couple of stores. I wasn’t really expecting anything amaaazing, but once it arrived, I felt like it was actually worth it.

I’ve been using the shampoo and the Silk Infusion for a few weeks, and my hair does feel softer and less frizzy than before. It also seems like I’m getting a little less breakage, which is nice. I wouldn’t say it magically fixed everything, but I’m happy with it so far

I was in a good mood when the package showed up, and it was nice to see everything packed so neatly. Nothing was damaged or out of place, so no complaints from me.
